Yellow synthetic sealant tape for vacuum bagging. This Vacuum Bagging Sealant Tape ensures airtight, high-temp seals for composite vacuum processes. Clean peel-off, heat-resistant up to 220 °C—ideal for aerospace and marine use.
Essential for composite manufacturing, ensuring airtight seals during vacuum-assisted resin infusion and prepreg layups. Its specially formulated high tack adheres securely to tooling surfaces—metal, glass, and composites—maintaining vacuum integrity during critical curing cycles up to 204 °C (400 °F). Post-cure, the tape removes cleanly, leaving no residue and simplifying mold cleanup.
Available in a custom range of widths and thicknesses, it adapts to both “bag-to-tool” and “bag-to-bag” configurations, ensuring reliable airtight performance across diverse working environments.
