Vacuum Bag Sealant Tape is a Rubber Tacky Tape used to seal the vacuum created inside the vacuum bag in order to manufacture composite materials.
Low-temperature butyl sealant tape for vacuum bagging in composite layups below 150 °C. Offers strong adhesion, airtight seals, and clean peel-off post-cure.
Made from premium synthetic butyl rubber, it creates reliable airtight seals at lower temperatures and adheres strongly to a variety of tooling surfaces—including aluminum, steel, fiberglass, nickel, and graphite. Its 400% elongation ensures excellent conform-ability, while the clean-peel characteristic minimizes cleanup time.
